Thus, the Board of directors of Project Planning Service PLC considered appointing Corporate Governance and Sustainability Committees for supporting the performance of Board of directors. By considering the internal and external changing factors that affect to company’s sustainability within economic, society, and environment including adjust policy of CSR Roadmap and monitoring the operation to reach the goals.
